Apply for a Grant

Grants are awarded by the Porter County Community Foundation to nonprofit organizations that serve Porter County. Nonprofit organizations may submit grant applications according to the grant guidelines.

Porter County Community Fund

The Porter County Community Foundation gathers generosity from our community, grows those donations through investment and gives grants to organizations all for the good of Porter County. Our grants are awarded through an open grant process for humanitarian, cultural, educational and environmental purposes.

Grant proposals must be in the Foundation office by no later than 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on February 15, 2024 and August 15, 2024.

Organizations that submitted grant proposals for the February grant cycle will be notified in late April regarding the status of their application.

Women’s Fund of Porter County

The Women’s Fund of Porter County offers an opportunity for women in Porter County to collectively share the joy of giving and address the most important needs of women and children in our community—together. The Women’s Fund of Porter County funds programs that demonstrate positive outcomes in improving the lives of women and children.

Applications for a Women’s Fund of Porter County grant may be submitted from May 15, 2024 through June 28, 2024.
